National Youth Day was celebrated at Dr.R.V.Arts and Science College, Karamadai on 08 th January 2026 at 10.00 am. Swami Tadbhasananda Maharaj delivered presidential address. Swami Harinathananda Maharaj delivered a Special Address. Sri
Senthilkumar, Sub Inspector of Police, Karamadai Flagged off the Rally. School teachers, students and public all together 800 members from 6 institutions participated in a rally from Dr.R.V.Arts and Science College to Parivettai Maidhan.
Mettupalayam
National Youth Day was celebrated at Metro Matric Hr. Sec. School, Mettupalayam, on 9 th January 2026 at 10.00 am.
Swami Harivratananda Maharaj delivered a Special Address. Sri L.Baskar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mettupalayam Sub Division delivered Chief Guest Address and Flagged off the Rally. Sri P.Chinna Kamanan, Inspector of Police, Mettupalaym administered the National Youth Day Pledge.
Around 1100 students from 8 institutions participated in a rally from Metro Matric School to Co-operative Colony.

Revered Swami Garishthananda Maharaj, Monks, Heads of Institutions, Staff members, devotees and students of Vidyalaya High School and Swami Shivananda Hr. Sec. School in total 300 members attended the function.
Narasimhanaickenpalayam
National Youth Day was celebrated at Excel Matric Hr. Sec. School, Narasimhanaickenpalayam on 12 th January 2026 at 9.30 am. A Rally was conducted by ITI Students and the following competitions were conducted: Literary Competitions on Swami Vivekananda’s works Yoga, Silambam. Swami Tadbhasananda Maharaj flagged off the Rally and delivered Chief Guest Address. Swami Divyanamananda delivered Special Address. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the above competitions. Winners of
the Recitation Competitions delivered their speech. School teachers, students and public all together 650 members participated in the Rally and attended the public meeting.
Periyanaickenpalayam
The students of Swami Shivananda Higher Secondary School (Girls Campus) conducted a rally in the Periyanayakkanpalayam area on 12 th January 2026 at 2.30 pm.
The Rally was flagged off by Sri G.Rajeshkannan, Inspector of Police, Periyanaickenpalayam and Sri N. Vijayaranga Pandiyan,Tahsildar, Coimbatore North.. Around 600 students and staff members from Swami Shivananda Hr. Sec. School girls campus, TAT Kalanilayam and FDMSE participated in the rally.
Vivekanandapuram
National Youth Day was celebrated at Vivekanandapuram on 12 th January 2026 at 4.00 pm. A Rally was conducted by the students of Swami Shivananda Hr. Sec. School (Boys Campus).
Sri V. Vishwa Prakash, President, Periyanaickenpalayam Town Panchayat flagged off the Rally. School teachers, students and public all together 200 members participated in the Rally and took the National Youth Day pledge.
Samichettipalayam
National Youth Day was celebrated at Samichettipalayam on 12 th January 2026 at 6.30 pm. Literary Competitions on Swami Vivekananda were conducted and a Rally was organized by Maruthi College of Physical Education students.
Swami Narayanananda Maharaj and Sri A.Arivarasu, Chairman, Gudalur Municipality delivered the special address and chief guest address respectively. Also, the prizes were distributed to the winners of the above competitions.
Around 137 members participated in the Rally and around 150 attended the public meeting
